Project Description
CR Electric recently completed the full electrical interior build-out for the new Sprouts Farmers Market located in Knoxville, TN. This 24,490 sq. ft. grocery store was constructed inside an existing building shell, requiring detailed coordination with the general contractor and other trades to deliver a clean, efficient, and code-compliant electrical system throughout the space. Our team handled all interior power, lighting, distribution, specialty circuits, and equipment connections needed to bring the store online safely and on schedule.
Scope of Work Included:

Complete electrical interior finish-out within an existing structure

Installation of main electrical distribution panels and subpanels

Full LED lighting package installation, including aisle lighting, accent lighting, and exterior building lighting tie-ins

Power connections for refrigeration cases, walk-in coolers, freezers, produce misting systems, and specialty food-service equipment

Dedicated circuits for POS lanes, back-office equipment, and customer service areas

Installation of emergency/egress lighting and exit signage

Rough-in and final trim for all receptacles, switches, and device locations throughout the sales floor and employee areas

Coordination with HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration contractors for equipment power requirements

Final testing, inspections, and turnover for store opening
